We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellation, especially late ones, put EIBA 2020 in a difficult situation. Due to the size of the conference, we have to make many of our arrangements well in advance and therefore cancellations come at a cost to EIBA 2020. Consequently, the EIBA 2020 organizers have developed a cancellation and refund policy that takes into account the needs and preferences of the conference and the participants. As such, please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration will be processed according to the following schedule:
Cancellation November 15, 2020:
100% refund minus 25 Euro cancellation fee,
Cancellation before December 1: 50% refund,
Cancellation after December 1: no refund.
